The turrets TBMA... series with horizontal axis, are installed on CNC turning centers and utilized either for toolholders automatic positioning or machining (not just turning, but also drilling, milling, and tapping).

MAIN CHARACTERISTIC: The tool in working position only is driven Automatic engagement of rotating tool during turret indexing cycle Utilizes DIN 69880 tooldisc. Each position over the disc can gain either toolholders with fixed or rotating tools. The dimensions are overall compact for "Driven tool system".

The rotating tool’s coupling is made via preloaded multi-teeth Hirth clutch (without backlash) which aids difficult milling operations.

The electrical interface requirements for TBMA turrets are same as for TB turrets.
